I think this is changing, now (a year later), given the way prices are going. In my walmart in Oklahoma, chicken breasts are $3/lb and that's only if you buy the largest possible package.

I've been looking forward to seeing your take on things. I'm in 100% agreement, the more I think about it. (I had discounted Petrozza for a while as well - but it could well jsut be the editing.) Be interesting to see how it goes this week.

I agree that this season has been sub-par compared to previous season's. Last week, Petrozza started thinking about eliminating Bobby, which he feels is his toughest competition (and I agree). If all the contestants start thinking like this, it could lead to an interesting finish. My guess is that one of the two girls (not Jen) win.

Thanks for the post, I'm glad to see that other people watch Hell's Kitchen besides me.

I have spent 30 years looking for a good prepackaged Italian seasoning mix and could not find one. I got together with my mother and my sisters and listed all of the herbs and spices they used for our traditional Italian family meals. I blended them together and came up with DiFiore Seasoning (my mothers maiden name). Try it! It tastes like Italian seasoning is meant to taste.

New template looks... well, it's readable, though somewhat dark. But whatever you're doing for your RSS feed on this site, it works WAY better than Blogblivion's, which doesn't break paragraphs.
